The Grower manages an indoor hydroponic growing system including seeding, planting, harvesting, and delivery schedules for a variety of different plants. The Grower also uses the automated systems to maintain control of the overall system. Experience in hydroponic farms and growing herbs/microgreens indoors is an added advantage. Ability to understand and interpret plant monitoring and documentation of growth and plant health data sets.
ApplyThe Executive Secretary coordinates office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Arranges schedules and attends meetings when necessary, distributes memos and reports and ensures that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.). Problem solving attitude with an ability of handling multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and time management skills.
